DwellWell does not accept responsibility for damage to underground utilities resulting from installing the Yard Signs. Submission of this form indicates your agreement and compliance with this policy. Yard signs will be delivered within approximately 2 to 3 business days after we receive your payment.

DwellWell Service Agreement

By using DwellWell.com to list your property, you agree to all terms, conditions and notices contained or referenced in this agreement, the "Service Agreement."

We are committed to helping you sell your property on your own, saving you thousands in commissions. You agree that by listing your property on DwellWell.com, buyers will be buying directly from you, the owner, and that you are not obligated to pay a real estate commission on this property.

If you list your property with a real estate broker or any other service that requires a commission, you agree to do so under an Exclusive Agency listing, an Open listing or other such listing which does not entitle a listing broker to a commission if you sell your property directly.

The one-time listing fee is $195. Your listing will appear on DwellWell.com until your
property is sold or you cancel this agreement.

Eligibility
By listing your property on DwellWell.com you assert that you have read our Terms and Conditions and that you are the legal owner of the property you are listing.

The listing is for one property only and is non-transferable. This listing shall not be used to advertise personal property that is not real estate.

Refunds
You may cancel your listing at any time. If you cancel before DwellWell has installed the Yard Sign, DwellWell will provide you with a full refund. There are no refunds once the Yard Sign is installed on your property.

Updating your listing
You agree to maintain the information of your listing by promptly altering it to reflect the most current conditions (for example: “Sale Pending”).

Sign Policies
DwellWell provides you with attractive, professional signs to be used for the duration of your listing. These signs remain the property of DwellWell. They will be delivered to your home within approximately 2 to 3 business days of the listing, and they will be picked up by DwellWell within approximately 2 to 3 business days of the end of the listing. You are responsible for the signs and their condition. If any signs are lost, stolen or damaged, you will be charged to repair or replace them.

DwellWell installs the Yard Sign. All other signs are to be placed by you, the customer. The company is not responsible for any fine or penalty resulting from unlawful sign placement.

Please mark where you would like the Yard Sign to go. It is your responsibility to locate underground utilities in preparation for the installation of the Yard Sign. DwellWell is not responsible, in any instance, for damage to any underground utilities, sprinkler systems or invisible fences due to the placement of the Yard Sign.

You agree to place no other real estate signs or have no other real estate signs placed by others anywhere on your property while in this agreement with DwellWell.

End of service
You agree to notify DwellWell at MyProperty@dwellwell.com immediately following the real estate closing so that we may pick up our signs and change the status of your property on our site to “Sold”. If for any reason you decide to cancel your listing, please notify us at MyProperty@dwellwell.com so that we may collect all signs.

Once your property is sold, it will remain listed on DwellWell.com under “Sold” status for three months.
